Labor and Employment
There are many legal challenges that can arise for even the most conscientious employers, which is why it’s important to have good counsel on your team. You can have an employee leave with your trade secrets, breaching a non-compete at the same time. An employee could be harassing others based on their race or gender. You could find yourself on the wrong end of a labor complaint.
Whatever the situation, I am available to provide legal counsel on your employment issues. I’ve investigated discrimination claims — interviewing witnesses and gathering documents to substantiate (or in-substantiate, as the case may be) employee claims. I’ve drafted numerous executive level employment agreements, and I’ve negotiated C-suite severances with Fortune 500 companies. I’ve addressed labor complaints with the NLRB. And I’ve handled non-competes on both the front-end and back-end of an employee’s term.
I’ll bring my experience to bear to get your employment or labor issue resolved, or to put up compliance policies so that you never have the issue to begin with.
